The app was outdated and required a fresh new look along with a completely redesigned UX to align with current user behaviours and patterns.
The website was old and needed a redesign. It wasn't in line with the current UX & UI fundamentals.
My role was to re-design the UX & UI of the app and marketing website.

The app was coded and didn't have any flows / screens. My first task was to create flows from screenshots.
Internal stakeholder interviews to understand the scope and problems
Mapping flows, identifying issues, categorising as major/minor.
Identifying primary & secondary actions, priorities, requirements.
scope
A design system, including illustrations, was developed to build upon and enhance the existing brand identity. Some colors were subtly adjusted to achieve the desired look and feel. All screens were redesigned and a new flow was created for iOS and Android. This was all communicated with the teams and prepared for the hand-off.
contribution
The UI was crafted based on the established look and feel, featuring a minimalist design with a clean off-white background, subtle gray sections, and clear, well-defined divisions.
